BT are Amazing!

Totally unreal!
BT has decided to cancel my telephone number as I was away in February. I've spent several hours on the phone now with BT asking them to sort this problem out as soon as possible. I can only apologise for this stupid error that BT seem unable to sort out quickly. We hope to have telephone services resumed as soon as possible.
